A winning team: The Keller Williams NEO Team offers more than just stellar sales numbers

Founded in 2011 by Roger Nair and Mark Taylor, the Keller Williams NEO Team has become one of the largest sellers of homes and commercial real estate in Medina by operating from a foundation of integrity, honesty, leadership and teamwork.
“Our dynamic and diverse group of agents each bring talent to the table,” says Commercial Director Roger Nair, who anchors the NEO Team.
“We provide unconditional support to our members that trickles down to them mentoring and supporting each other. That ultimately translates to a better level of customer service, as people can rely on us and know that someone will be available to help them. We always answer our calls and texts.”
Roger’s efforts in the real estate industry over the past 30 years have met with accolades beyond just racking up impressive sales numbers. He has received the 2019 Medina County Board of Realtors Excellence in Community Service Award and belongs to many active local groups such as the Medina County Home Builders Association and Medina County Economic Development Corporation.
Knowing How to Divide and Conquer
Rounding out the award-winning NEO Team are Realtors Donna Longrich, Stacy Nugent, Shannon Sashko, Maria Dumitru-Brito, Annie Kleines, Brian Hunkley, Kathy McCord and Kathy Cahill; Stacy Rupanovic, a trusty and super-efficient administrative talent; and Richard Diehl, a key player who handles the signage and lockboxes.
“To me and every member on this team, Roger has provided so much support and mentorship,” says Maria.
“The structure of our team that Roger created allows agents to do what they do best—sell homes, and not get bogged down in paperwork. Selling real estate can be a seven-day-a-week job, so it’s a relief to know our administrative staff can accomplish in minutes all the documentation that would take us much longer to do.”
She says their structure allows agents to not miss their kids’ soccer games, take a day or two off, go on vacation, and live a fuller life knowing the other agents on the team can cover for them, and best serve clients, too.

Along with Roger, Maria is a licensed agent in Southwest Florida—from Marco Island to Naples, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Punta Gorda, Bonita Springs, Port Charlotte and more.
“There are so many opportunities for folks in this part of the state to invest in their retirement home, whether moving there permanently, or just looking for a way to make money while waiting to retire,” says Maria, who speaks fluent Spanish and Romanian.
“I’ve already sold several beautiful properties in the Naples area, where folks plan to live during the cold Ohio winters and eventually retire.”
Maria reports that here in Medina, the real estate market is very good.

We’ll tell you what other homes on your street sold for, your current competition on the market in the vicinity, etc. Knowledge is power, and we can do the research to let you make the best decision.”
Following in Roger’s shoes, Maria has recently been elected to be a Medina County Board of Realtors Director for 2020.
