Brand new, state-of-the-art self storage facilities, serving Strongsville and Medina

Kevin and Marissa McNulty were drawn to the idea of providing an affordable option for people to clean out their garages, store items and have more free space at their homes or business, as well as a secure place to store a classic car or motorcycle.
Having started several successful businesses in the area, they did their due diligence in the self-storage business with the goal of taking the industry to the next level locally.
“We identified what other facilities were lacking and decided to build something very special to provide our customers with superior buildings and facilities, a higher level of security, indoor and outdoor storage, bright LED lighting, temperature-controlled units, a free smartphone app that allows hands-free access of facilities and managing of accounts, unrestricted 24/7 access to units, and a rental kiosk that allows customers to rent units or make payments at any time,” explains Kevin.
They opened Secure Storage Plus in Medina last year and are now proud to announce the opening of a second facility in Strongsville, Secure Indoor Storage.
Both facilities are technology driven and designed to give customers an easy-to-use, self-serve system for renting units and managing accounts, 24/7.
“Our Medina location features 5x5- to 10x30-foot insulated outdoor units as well as 10,000 square feet of 5x5- to 10x20-foot indoor temperature-controlled units for business and valuables. Car enthusiasts will also love our 10x20-foot sized units for storing vehicles and motorcycles,” he says.
“The Strongsville location features 50,000 square feet of all indoor temperature-controlled units from 5x5- to 10x20-foot in size for storage, executive/business and valuables.”
Both facilities feature a rental kiosk in the front lobby where people can rent a unit or make a payment anytime, as well as 24-hour video security surveillance with night vision, motion detectors and license plate readers.
