Among the handsome kitchen vignettes in their new Choice Cabinet showroom, Tony Laurinaitis and his daughter, Jessica Ricard, almost dare you to find a better value somewhere else.

“In celebration of opening our new showroom, we are willing to match the price of any competitor’s similarly constructed cabinet, then knock off an additional 10 percent,” Tony offers.

“Similarly constructed” may be the catch.

That’s because nearly all other cabinets you’ll find at the same price point will be made from particleboard—and not particularly sturdy.

“Our cabinets are made from the thickest wood in the industry and they are built like a tank,” says Tony, who started the family business in 2008.

All you have to do is take your measurements and some photos to the Choice Cabinet showroom. An appointment isn’t required, but it’s recommended to ensure that a designer can set aside ample time to discuss your project with you.

“We will develop your design and provide a computerized, three-dimensional virtual tour of your new kitchen or bath,” Jessica explains.

The new showroom displays Choice Cabinet’s two lines of cabinetry in a variety of the trendiest colors and styles.

The Essentials line, Tony explains, is ideal for budget-conscious homeowners, investment property owners who require durability and flippers who want an attractive product to optimize their sales price.

“Essentials is our lowest-priced cabinet, but the quality is far better than any other builder’s grade or entry level cabinet on the market,” Tony says. “It is made from wood, not particleboard, and it’s available in attractive white, espresso or brown.”

You also can step up to the Select line of cabinets without busting your budget, Tony says.

All of them, he insists, “are built like tanks. That’s why we are one of the few companies that provides a limited lifetime warranty. The major manufacturers are selling particleboard cabinets, but will offer an upgrade to wood at an additional charge of up to 20 percent. With us, the ‘upgrade’ is standard.”

They are the cabinets of choice in most of the large Downtown apartment buildings, Tony notes, including the Terminal Tower Residences and about 20 other large-scale buildings in Downtown Cleveland and other cities.

“Because we manufacture our own cabinets and have our own brand, we cut the price by cutting out the middleman,” Jessica says.
