The newly launched Choice Group of Keller Williams brings together a trio of seasoned, top-performing agents with a track record of selling homes faster and commanding top dollar.

Along with Wendy Connelly and Stephanie Dowling, Christy Morek leads the team, which boasts more than 30 years working with sellers and buyers in Cleveland’s west side market.

Christy explains the name Choice Group signifies that “there are lots of choices in real estate, and choosing the wrong company can cost people tens of thousands of dollars, whether they are buying or selling. Our business is mostly based on referrals, and we’re proud that our hard-earned reputation for legendary service has encouraged people to choose us—and tell their friends.”

Christy has lived in North Ridgeville for more than 20 years and watched the community grow. She’s also closely involved in the schools her children attend here. (Go Rangers.)

All Realtors Are Not the Same
Choice Group goes the extra mile before the sign goes in a seller’s yard, offering professional staging services and professional photography (including drone) for no extra charge.

“There are no junk fees in the way we do business,” she says. “My team and I are dedicated to providing premium real estate services to the community. We care about the value of our city. And a higher level of honesty and trust comes with that.”

She says that between the three of them, they have first-hand knowledge of the local real estate scene, which is a valuable asset to their clients. That expertise pays off when the contracts are signed, too. Christy points out that she gets an average of $1.75 more per square foot on home sales than other non-local agents.

“Choice Group never loses sight of what’s important to our clients, who, by the end of the process, become like extended family,” she says. “Between the three of us, along with an excellent support staff, we are totally accessible to clients 24/7.”

North Ridgeville: An Up-and-Coming Market
“We are dealing with a historically low number of homes on the market,” says Christy. “If people are on the fence about whether or not to sell, we welcome them to give us a call. We can do a market analysis to let them know how much they can get for their home, as well as make strategic suggestions for how they can get top dollar.”

And she mentions her team has a contact list of pre-approved buyers looking to move to North Ridgeville.

“My enthusiasm for this town is immense,” says Christy. “When you think of what people relocating to Cleveland are looking for—less than 45-minute drive to work, great schools, safe city—North Ridgeville checks all those boxes. We’re an easy sell. We’re blessed.”

Once the offers start coming in, Christy says their experience and negotiating skills also separate them from other Realtors in the area.

Charity Begins at Home
Christy is unfailingly generous with local charities. She’s also big on extending her time and talent for worthy causes.

“This year I’m chairing the Keller Williams RED Ball on Friday, February 7, at Windows on the River,” she says. “The ball raises funds for Keller Williams RED Day initiative, which stands for renew, energize and donate. The effort gives back to our local communities and makes a real difference in people’s lives.”

“I bought my first home right here in North Ridgeville,” says Christy. “And even though I’ve been in this business for 14 years, seeing the faces of first-time home buyers when I put those keys in their hands is still my favorite part of the job.”
