For those who missed the stories…Mimi and her team introduced to you Mark B. of Mentor.
His predicament: Should he flip the home he was living in and move into a new home (leave it), or stay in the home he had extensively renovated (love it)?
Mark had purchased the 1,400-square-foot, three-bedroom split-level on foreclosure in 2014 and transformed it from dated and drab to modern and fab.

“He wanted to sell it for $200,000, but wasn’t sure he could get that much,” says Denise. “We put a market analysis together of what his home was worth with all the renovations, and it came back at $206,900.”
Says Mark, “I had no clue that house would bring that kind of attention. Thanks to Denise for guiding me along the way to create a fresh, neutral space.”
With two kids in college, Mark says it wasn’t his intention to move into a bigger home, but that’s what he ended up doing with his new home on Primavera.
“I wanted a ranch style home with a basement in more of a cul-de-sac neighborhood with sidewalks,” he says.
