Since being installed in 2016 by our fair city’s convention and visitors’ bureau, the Cleveland script signs have become an iconic symbol of our identity.

And as much as they represent the sheer coolness of living in and being from the CLE, the signs signify far more than a selfie backdrop.

There is an inescapable feeling of togetherness when you pose for a Cleveland picture. We are part of the same tribe, the little engines that could and did, the phoenixes that have risen from things like a 635-day winless streak. (Go Browns!) And we are all, as a whole, stronger for it.

We gathered the team, The Neighborhood Experts at Platinum Real Estate, at the sign because they are likewise bonded by togetherness. This group is Cleveland raised and Cleveland proud.

“Though we’ve been in business for the past 28 years, with this team we’ve felt a dynamic synergy like no other,” says Denise Zervos, who leads the team. “We are all firmly rooted in our community. Our team members truly bring out the best in each other.”

Getting Top Dollar in Less Time
These Platinum agents were able to get their clients 97.6 percent of their asking price, and in less time than the average agent.

“Another difference between Your Neighborhood Experts at Platinum and other companies is that about 34 percent of the time we sell our own homes, whereas the industry average is about four percent of the time,” Mark Zervos states.

“That benefits our clients because we have better control over the transaction, which means there’s less chance of falling out of escrow. We have a huge database of buyers we work with who are looking for homes.”

Since 1990, Mark says they’ve sold nearly a billion dollars in properties.


“We sell more homes thanks to our comprehensive marketing programs and the creativity of our team,” says Mark.
