Americans are dealing with a noxious mix of Covid fatigue and pandemic panic. Our plate of worries has been heaped on, from job security to the sinking economy to social isolation and postponed gatherings.

For everyone who has had their routines dismantled—and seen their health decline as a result—MaxStrength Fitness studio offers a reliable, successful and proven formula based on two, no-sweat, trainer-led, 20-minute workouts each week.

“We understand how frustrated people are,” says Jeff Tomaszewski, who founded the studio in 2007. “We believe it shouldn’t be so hard to find fitness professionals you trust and a program that works. We understand that finding an exercise program that fits your busy schedule and meets your goals can be overwhelming. We offer people a doable way to take back control of their health and vitality.”

Jeff’s extensive background in the science of training led him to specialize in this transformative method. Since sessions are limited to twice a week, muscles have a chance to fully rebuild between workouts.

“During the pandemic, many people have let their strength training slip, and that’s unfortunate because muscle mass is directly related to preventing disease and injury,” he explains.

Highly Efficient, At-Home or Studio Workouts
Many new clients joined MaxStrength during the stay-at-home order this spring, taking their exercise regimen online with the one-on-one trainers. The protocol was such a hit, they are continuing it even though the studio has reopened.

“Some of our clients are 100% online, and, for others, it’s a convenient option to go 50-50 between virtual and in-person,” says Jeff. “Our mission is to offer whatever works best for their lives right now.”

The Cleanliness of a Medical Facility
Jeff says that his studios have always maintained the cleanliness of a clinically controlled medical facility, which serves them well in light of the pandemic.

The team partnered with The Germ-Free Company, providing personal protective equipment (gloves and masks), continuous disinfecting of the equipment and common areas, installation of MERV 13 air filters, and the purchase of HEPA air filters to be used inside the facilities.

On a daily basis, they ask clients to wait in the parking lot until called to enter the facility to limit the number of people in the common areas and the training facility. They also run wellness checks on staff to make sure they’re symptom-free.

Clients appreciate all the added measures. According to George Davis III, “MaxStrength has great safety protocols in place. I feel totally safe. I am so comfortable with their protocols that I recommended that my 81-year-old dad resume his workouts, too.”

And David Ricketts comments, “Since returning I have felt 100% safe as their revised Covid-19 practices while working out further demonstrate their commitment to mind, body and soul. It feels good to work hard and my body and my family thanks Max Strength for taking care of me.”
