A festival celebrating spirits made only in Ohio, Refined is moving to an expanded venue and inviting more vendors to keep up with demand for local spirits.

“Refined is entering it’s third year in Ohio and seeks to bring back that 1920’s flare for 2020” says Clem Marshall, who is director of the Original Festival Collective, the organization that produces the event.

“Feedback from previous years was fabulous. People wanted more, so we’ve doubled the number of vendors. The explosive growth of meads and ciders to the market will also be reflected in our vendor selection.”

The festival takes place on Saturday, March 14, at Coco's Chalky Paints located in the 5th Street Arcade, from 5 to 9 p.m., with a special VIP early entry at 4:30 p.m. for those who are simply too thirsty to wait.

Refined has made some changes from it’s previous format of themed bars “We wanted to offer companies branded experiences this year,” says Clem. “We want our sponsors to really have a space to make it their own, while still producing amazing cocktails that people will love to try.”

Delicious bites to eat will also be on hand to spice up the local flavor.

The highlight of the night will be an auction for some amazing items, donated by the vendors.

“Our festival is a perfect mid-winter tonic for anyone who loves supporting all things local, and trying new and delicious foods and drink,” she says.

A portion of the proceeds will support Tails From the City, a non-profit, no-kill, all-volunteer cat shelter in Ohio city.

Tickets range from $17-$69, and multi-ticket packages are also available. For more information, call The Original Festival Collective at 216-313-8562, or visit RefinedCle.com.
