If the temperatures are finally taking a downturn, that means party planning is just starting to heat up. And no restaurant is better set for stellar parties and catering events than Shinto Japanese Steakhouse and Sushi Bar.

“We’ve already started getting phone calls requesting dates for holiday events,” says General Manager Kyle Peterson.

“This year we have added delectable dishes to our catering menu that are a big hit for everything from family events to corporate affairs and fundraisers, whether held here at the restaurant, at outside venues or peoples’ homes.”

He says in the past, they’ve orchestrated events from 20 to 500-plus and can customize any menu.

In addition to sushi trays and meals, he mentions to make holiday parties even more fun, people like to hire Shinto’s highly trained hibachi chefs to come to their home or venue. “It’s easy for anyone hosting, as our chefs just arrive and set up their cooking tables and wow the crowd,” he says.

Are You a Dining Ninja?
Earlier this year, Shinto unveiled an innovative dining membership program called the Ninja Dining Club to reward hibachi diners. Kyle reports the program has been a smashing success, and people can still sign up.

“We already treat our customers like VIPs, and the Ninja Club takes that to the next level,” says Kyle.

Ninja Diners can enjoy any hibachi grill and select unlimited single-item hibachi entrees for both lunch and dinner…once every six hours per day every day.

To join the club only costs $99 per month, with a six-month contract period, and Kyle says you can also upgrade to more selected dishes. Sign up online via the portal at ShintoExperience.com. You’ll receive a membership card with your headshot on it that will be activated immediately.

Fall Fare and Festive Libations
Anyone who’s ever been to Shinto knows the bar is as hopping as the restaurant side. Kyle says they are unveiling a slew of fall specials and pumpkin-inspired beers and cocktails to warm you up.

The restaurant has earned a reputation as a happening happy hour spot. Every Monday through Friday, from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m., enjoy $2 off menu drinks and specials on appetizers. Select sushi is half price on Tuesdays, and select apps are half price on Wednesdays.

An old Japanese proverb says people “first taste dishes with their eyes,” and the fare at Shinto is gorgeous and inviting to look at, but it tastes fantastic, too.

Whether it’s a colorful tray of sushi, or wild night of entertainment around a hibachi table, dishes feature only the highest quality of ingredients expertly created.
