Williams Landscaping & Pavers does right by its clients with the right people who have the right experience and the right equipment.

Williams Landscaping is up for the challenges each new season brings, including this one, which has been complicated by the pandemic.

Problems present opportunities, and as people are cooped up under orders to stay home to slow the spread of Covid-19, they’re noticing the impact their surroundings have on their physical health and emotional well-being.

For many, outdoor living is a way out.

Williams Landscaping can help to reduce stress and anxiety by utilizing award-winning landscape design to create one-of-a-kind patios, pavilions and water features. Best of all, the benefits of these improvements will be there from one season to the next.

Williams Landscaping makes dreams a reality by creating a dimensional view, a bird’s-eye view, and a color sketch. From there, the initial consultations, preliminary drawings and color designs are brought together in a 3D rendering.

Outdoor living provides an additional room outside. Architectural elements frame space and furnish shade. Other structural features like firepits encourage the conversation to last into the night and extend into the colder months.

“People want to be outside. They want to enjoy their yards and have a nice sitting area with a functional kitchen—the whole works,” says owner Brian Williams. “Outdoor living creates an environment that leads to relaxing into the evening hours.”

More than 20 years in, Brian and his staff of trained horticulturalists, hardscape experts, skilled carpenters and dedicated laborers are professionals who have what it takes for the long haul.

Williams Landscaping & Pavers is skilled at creating what they termed “eye attraction at every point.”

But what makes Brian and his staff the outdoor-living professionals in Northeast Ohio is their commitment to the realization of each client’s dream of a backyard oasis, blooming through spring and summer, changing into fall, and sliding into winter.

Williams Landscaping makes dreams a reality by creating a dimensional view, a bird’s-eye view, and a color sketch.

From there, the initial consultations, preliminary drawings and color designs are brought together in a 3D rendering.

“We bring everything together, and we do a virtual walkthrough,” says Brian. “Our clients can see their dreams from every perspective.”

Throughout the entire process, Williams Landscaping establishes a professional standard of trust and builds on relationships with clients, staff and suppliers.

With your new backyard oasis, the best room in the house may not be in the house.

Every relationship starts with the trust to see it through. In for the long haul, whatever challenges the season brings, Brian and his staff will be there, professional standards intact, ready to do right by their written Statement of Work (SOW).

“We want to make your outdoor-living experience everything you dreamed it could be,” says Brian. “Once a year, we come back and do an inspection—just to make sure it’s right.”

A Covid-19 Response from Owner Brian Williams
First and foremost, our hearts go out to the people and victims of this horrible invisible enemy. Our lives have been disrupted and possibly changed forever.

We’re learning as we go, and we’re committed to the safety and well-being of our employees, their families and our clients.

Brian and Brandy Williams, Owners

It’s been amazing to see the level of support and care by so many in the community, even by means of social distancing.

Here are a few points of information on what we are doing during this time:

  • Staying Informed: Our management and sales team will always be available to answer questions and keep you updated on our responsibility and response to the “Stay-At-Home Order” about existing projects and upcoming projects.
  • Cloud Conferencing: For years, we have been able to work with clients remotely. With cloud conferencing like Zoom, we can discuss your projects, designs, estimates, and progress without meeting in person.
  • New Clients: We are still taking your calls and scheduling consultations. By collaborating over the phone and video conferencing, we won’t skip a beat. With over 20 years of experience, our experts know what to look for, take measurements, and snap pictures to provide you with a detailed design and estimate without having to meet face-to-face. Of course, we are willing to meet while heeding the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) distance guideline. Our staff is taking calls from home. Please call 440-236-6462.
  • Precautions: During this time of shutdown, we will keep individual employees committed to sanitizing and disinfecting all equipment, vehicles, office equipment, and our warehouse. For projects that are considered essential, staff will travel one per vehicle, and work isolated from others. Tools, equipment and vehicles are never exchanged unless heavily sanitized.
  • Doing Our Part: It is important for everyone to do their part to fight this invisible enemy to our health, both physically and economically. We will do everything we can for the safety of our employees and look for opportunities to keep them on payroll.
