Most people recognize Brian Erickson’s Floorz as offering a sophisticated, high-end buying experience. One that comes complete with designer input on color and style, and includes premium installation backed by a lifetime warranty. But there’s one thing this 20-year veteran of the flooring industry won’t do—gimmicks.

“Ours is an all-in pricing structure, which means you’ll know how much you’re paying upfront for every purchase,” he notes. “We don’t hide installation charges in the price, or mark our flooring up so we can put it on sale.”

But there is a somewhat lesser known aspect of the business that Brian says makes fall and winter the best seasons to buy first-quality flooring at bargain prices.

“In addition to the hundreds of different carpet, tile, luxury vinyl, hardwood and engineered wood flooring options we carry, we also offer closeouts, remnants and overstocks at 30-50 percent off the regular retail prices,” he reveals.

In fact, Brian says there are over 70 rolls of value-priced carpet available for cash-and-carry right now. And, you can install it yourself or have his crew of top installers lay it for you.

Brian says the installation is as much a part of the Floorz service model as backing every purchase with superior customer service.

“Our installers are seasoned professionals who work exclusively for us,” Brian shares. “In fact, our installers are so good we offer a lifetime warranty on their installation.”

You can peruse the available budget-friendly options comfortably in the Floorz showroom, instead of having to visit a warehouse. “This carpeting is first quality,” he states.

“We never buy seconds or inferior products. Because of the connections I’ve established over the years, when a manufacturer has a surplus of carpeting I get the call to buy it. The quantities I’m able to purchase mean the cost and shipping charges are slashed, and I can pass those savings on to my customers.”

You can also enjoy a quicker installation, because the carpeting or flooring you choose from the value options are already in the Floorz warehouse.

“People depend on us as much for our expertise in the flooring industry as they do for our service,” Brian shares.

“We’re a trusted name, and we go above and beyond to make sure our customers not only receive a fair price but also a terrific experience.”
