CLE Carpet Cleaning
"We Put the CLE in CLEan"
The CLE Carpet Cleaning difference is one person harnessing the power of high-tech equipment, advanced eco-friendly products, and industry training and certifications.
Founded by Chris McCarthy and his wife Shannon, the business model is simple: treating every home as if it were their own.
Certified by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration, Chris takes a unique, detail-oriented approach to each job, whether it’s residential carpet cleaning, commercial carpet cleaning or upholstery cleaning.
He has studied the chemistry behind carpet stain removal, adjusting the eco-friendly, pet-friendly and child-friendly products he uses to treat each one. His equipment is the HydraMaster blower system connected to his Chevy Express van. It allows him to work with water up to 220 degrees and 2,000 PSI for the most effective carpet steam cleaning and carpet deodorizing.
As a result, he’s successful where other carpet companies are not when it comes to getting out stubborn stains such as permanent marker, blood, urine, rust, paint and coffee to name the worst ones.
Since allergies and asthma can be exacerbated by the allergens that get trapped in your carpet or furniture, Chris recommends you have carpeting cleaned once or twice a year depending on the foot traffic and furniture every six to 18 months.
The first thing he does in a home or business is a walk-through with a black light that detects substances in the carpet even the human eye cannot. Then he professionally vacuums the carpet, pre-treats the stains, and sprays the carpet with a customized cleaning solution. To remove soils from the fibers, he agitates them and extracts the solution with hot water and high pressure. The job isn’t finished until he turns on commercial-grade air movers to dry the carpet as quickly as possible to avoid bacteria or mildew from forming. By the time he leaves, it’s nearly dry. Lastly, Chris grooms the carpet so the fibers are standing upright like new. Carpet deodorizing is part of almost every job, and he leaves the home smelling of fresh eucalyptus or citrus.
When it comes to upholstery, a multitude of cleaning products are used to address the different fabrics on couches, love seats, sectionals, dining room chairs and recliners.
In addition to carpet and upholstery, he cleans area rugs and tile floors as well.
Chris has already gained a following on his YouTube show, “A Day in the Life of a Carpet Cleaner,” and his podcast on entrepreneurship.
