After transitioning to a new team name and adding more agents, what’s next for local real estate agent Amy Hoes and her Showcase Home Group at eXp Realty?

In our last story, we announced that longtime Medina-based real estate agent Amy Hoes and her team at eXp Realty had reinvented and rebranded as Showcase Home Group. Now, we take a deeper dive into how the group stands out, exploring its impressive tagline: “Personal service. Modern systems. Proven results.”
I caught up with Amy and her husband Kurt, who helps with her numbers and reports, to learn more.
• Personal Service
“We are in growth mode right now, nearing 25 agents on the team,” says Amy. “This number means clients get the advantage of our diverse group working together behind the scenes on winning strategies. At the same time, since service is what we are founded on, clients feel comfortable knowing their point of communication will be solely with their real estate agent. The bottom line? We’re nimble, working smart as well as hard for our clients.”

The Advantage of Tech Tools
Amy’s team is one of 13 in Ohio—and the only one in Medina—to enjoy a Zillow Flex Partnership.
“This helps us attract three times as much traffic as other sites,” she says. “This is how people shop for homes today. It’s the busiest real estate site in the world, and we saw early on how important it was to work together. We saw this as a great way to put us in touch with more buyers and sellers in our area.”
Also in the initial stages is bringing to market an in-house tool that Kurt has created to use automated intelligence to analyze deals. The proprietary software for the app uses the power of data, such as recent sales activity in the area, to predict the likelihood that a buyer’s offer will be accepted.
Next Gen Waiting in the Wings
Amy and Kurt are proud parents to a pair of impressive and ambitious young adults—Atalie and Bryan. It makes sense that since they literally grew up in the business, at some point, they’d join.
Amy reports that both are currently taking classes to earn their real estate licenses by summertime. Since they’ve already served several integral support roles for the team over the years, they’ll come to the job with plenty of experience.
With more agents continually joining the team, Amy reports they are eyeing an expansion into Southwest Florida, as well as other parts of Ohio.
