“Your project starts with a phone interview to see if we’re a good fit,” says Daveron interior designer Sarah Simpson. “Next comes a home appointment. That’s when we develop a scope of the work and create a project profile with suggested materials and design layouts for the 3D renderings. We’ll present those to you in the following studio meeting.”

Sarah and her design partner, Katie Capek, present these renderings to give clients a realistic feel for what the project will look like when complete. Once a decision is made, materials are acquired and the project timetable is set into motion.

“We use an online project management portal that allows everyone involved in your job to communicate with each other, especially you,” says Sarah. “The client sees what is happening each day and reviews the financials as the project progresses. This keeps us on budget and on schedule.”

Everyone involved in your renovation, addition or new build—from design through construction—is a member of the Daveron team. They even have their own Amish business partner for cabinets, furniture and anything to add custom touches to your home while staying within your budget.

“We have great relationships with our suppliers,” says Sarah. “And so much at our disposal, from tile to flooring, countertops, appliances and furniture right here in our studio. Our team approach ensures we are all on the same page, making sure your project is uniquely yours and reflects your personality and lifestyle.”

Daveron Design + Build even has a draftsman on staff who produces blueprints for additions and new builds, collects permits and handles the paperwork. It’s one more example of how the team approach at Daveron can save you money.

With more than 20 years of experience in interior design, Sarah has experience in every facet of design, from furniture and accessories to complete interior design services, space planning, kitchen design and whole project management.

Katie Capek, Interior Designer/Kitchen & Bath Designer, Allied ASID
Katie has more than five years of experience in interior design, with a focus on furniture and interior material selections from wallcoverings and accessories to remodel project management.

Dana Gardner, Administrator
As the administrative support to interior and exterior teams and in-studio retail, Dana is the first to greet you at the new Daveron Design + Build.

Josh Javins, Exterior Sales Specialist
Josh has worked with Daveron Builders for more than 10 years, planning and executing all of Daveron’s outdoor deck and fencing projects.
