As a medical aesthetician at Skin Care Solutions Elite MediSpa, she has always helped clients put their best face forward. Now she’s helping everyone refresh and rejuvenate for that summer glow.
At the MediSpa in Green, the entire team of doctors and aestheticians helps clients focus on self-care and enhance their overall well-being.

“Our newest facial uses nanotechnology to temporarily create micro-channels in the skin’s surface, allowing nutrients in our products to deeply penetrate the dermal layer where collagen production is stimulated,” says Sofie. “It is noninvasive and there is no discomfort as all you feel is a small vibration during the 60-minute treatment.”
“This facial will plump and hydrate skin,” says Sofie, who worked at the world-renowned Hilton Head Health wellness center in South Carolina before moving back to her home town three years ago. “It also helps diminish blemishes, acne scarring and fine lines, as well as age spots and uneven skin tone.”
“We infuse hyaluronic acid on the skin before we glide the Rez pen over the face,” she explains. “Your body naturally produces hyaluronic acid, which holds a thousand times its weight in water, so it really helps hydrate the skin for a nice glow. And because the results are immediate, you can get the treatment right before special events like a wedding because there is no downtime.”
Gentle Touch, Natural Results
Touting a gentle touch and natural results, master injectors Dr. Dana Bonezzi, Dr. Debra Fast and Dr. Kathleen Fearon also offer an arsenal of techniques to replace lost volume in the face and lips.
More than just getting rid of the “elevens” between your eyes and “parentheses” around your mouth, there is an art to using injectables and fillers. At SCS Elite MediSpa, the medical professionals combine female artistry and advanced techniques for the best results.
“We consult with each client to determine the best procedure for the desired results,” says Aaron Mierzwiak, practice administrator. “We are honest and will let you know if you are not a good candidate for a certain treatment and will even refer to other physicians if needed to make sure you get the best results.”
The Art of Body Sculpting
In addition to facial rejuvenation, SCS Elite MediSpa offers body sculpting. In a dedicated CoolSculpting treatment room, the aesthetician freezes your fat in targeted areas, including the inner and outer thigh, flanks, back, abdomen, upper arms, knees and chin.
“Body sculpting is an art,” says Erin Foreman, a medical aesthetician who specializes in CoolSculpting and assists the doctors with Botox and fillers. “I customize each treatment using the modalities of the different applicators and freeze the fat cells to contour the body.”
Once the fat cells are frozen, they are gone for good, resulting in permanent fat reduction. Fat cells are naturally excreted out of the body. The fat layer is typically reduced about 20% to 25%, and these gradual results are noticeable in four weeks with optimal results seen in about three months.
“You can come in during your lunch break and go right back to work as there is no downtime,” notes Erin.
New Digs This Fall

“We opened our Green office seven years ago and look forward to the redesigned space in the new location,” says Aaron. “All of our offices provide a place for you to relax, refresh and rejuvenate.”
