With a historic shortage of homes for sale in Northeast Ohio, most homeowners have asked themselves over the past year, “I wonder how much I could get for my home and at what price would I be crazy not to sell?”

“Due to lack of inventory (in fact the number of homes on the market in Lake County in June was lower than June 2020 in the middle of the pandemic), home equity has surged sharply over the past year,” she says.
