The stats are in: Forbes magazine reports this year 48% of Americans say their #1 New Year’s Resolution is getting fit. Unfortunately, the average resolution lasts only about three months. In fact, most people have already quit by late January.

At Higher Heights, we play the long game when it comes to your health. We don’t look for short cuts. For those who may have found themselves in a rut, let the pounds pile on, and become sedentary…that all took time. And it will take time to get you back in shape.

Over the past three years, our clients have drastically improved their health through our individualized, science- and research-backed training method. It starts with an InBody 270 scan to pinpoint your health indicators, including fat vs. muscle ratio. This intel provides target goals.

Our new Nutrition Program complements the training by creating the most advantageous diet for each client’s needs and goals. We rebalance your level of macronutrients, providing big and little tweaks in their diets to affect change.

And in a holistic vein, we also cover lifestyle habits like managing stress and attaining the best quality sleep. Every 6-8 weeks, we re-evaluate our clients to make sure they are consistently improving.

This year, we hope people will reconsider that hopeful, yet vague and short-term resolution, and rely on us to take a journey of rediscovering their wellness long after the ball drops.
