Partners Keith Orndoff and Daniel (Danny) Johnson have very different personalities, but the same dedication to taking the expertise they’ve gained over years working for others in the flooring and construction fields and creating their own path to home improvement.

“We’ve both worked in the flooring, construction and remodeling for years,” Keith says. “We’re childhood friends, like family, and knew that by combining our strengths we would complement each other in business together. I’m a bit more high-strung and Danny is very cool and calm. That, combined with our knowledge, expertise and passion for pleasing our clients makes Vital Flooring & Renovations the place for home remodeling.”
As a flooring expert with multiple certifications in residential carpet and hard surface flooring installation, Keith knows flooring. Working with some of the largest flooring companies in Ohio and as a head installer for several years, he has learned this trade from the best. Combining those skills with Danny’s construction and remodeling experience allows them to provide the highest quality service and installation for all their projects.
“We will take you by the hand and walk you through any project,” Danny says. “That’s what sets us apart from the big box stores and other companies. We’re not salesmen. We are experts in the field who want the best for your home and your budget, just like you do. And our crew members are experts and friends. We wouldn’t send a stranger into your home.”
Danny says often customers aren’t sure what they’re looking for when they stop by the showroom, but all are welcome to browse and ask questions.
“We’re here to give you ideas, show you what’s available in your price range, and, most importantly, listen to your needs,” Danny says. “We have no interest in upselling. We have the knowledge and know-how to help you decide which products will work best for your needs and your budget. We’re not happy until you’re happy.”

“We wanted to make sure customers could get projects done quickly,” Keith says. “Through the years we’ve seen people have to wait months to get a job done. That’s frustrating for everyone. In-stock product inventory allows us to offer same-day delivery in many cases. By the way, delivery is free.”
