Understanding your coverage options under the Affordable Care Act can sometimes be confusing. Deductibles for some plans are getting higher and premiums have risen. Naturally you want to be responsible and protect yourself and your family, but how can you be sure you’re getting the best value?

That’s where guidance from a licensed insurance agent can be invaluable. Sometimes it helps to have someone encourage you to think outside the box. With the changes that are in play for this year’s open enrollment period (now through December 15), there may be options that can do all of the things you need them to do, even with a higher premium or higher deductible.
