If peeking out the window to a bleak and dreary winterscape is giving you a toxic dose of cabin fever, I have the ultimate antidote: planning an escape to sunnier locales.

There’s a reason why National Plan a Vacation Day falls on Tuesday, January 30. Now’s an excellent time to plot your future getaway and get the best deals of the year.

I personally look forward to escaping to Orlando next month for the Epcot Flower and Garden Festival, a great way to kick off springtime. One aspect I’m looking forward to exploring is the new dining plan, which makes the experience all-inclusive. You no longer have to pay for meals during your stay. They are already paid for prior to your trip.

I’ll also be heading back to the Magic Kingdom with my family this summer to hit several parks and attractions.

Another getaway opportunity I’d like to tease now (since it’ll surely sell out early) is the group trip I’m planning to the Epcot International Food and Wine Festival in October.

Looking back on 2023, some of the most popular trips I booked were Disney Cruises. With the new private island in the Bahamas, now there are even more reasons to fall in love with these cruises. I’ve already booked my 2025 family cruise on the new ship, Treasure, so I’ll be able to give my clients insider’s tips and tricks for getting the most from their vacations.

In addition to Disney, I’m certified to plan and book trips to Sandals and Beaches Resorts. These 18 romantic resort havens throughout the Caribbean are ideal for couples of any age.
