Lance’s Power Washing Services offers custom holiday lighting packages, complete with installation and post-season storage

It’s the most wonderful time of the year.
Snowflakes, Santas and sleighs, homes all lit up and hearts all aglow.
One local company is bringing magical light-scapes and scenes to homes, while taking the hassle and danger out of DIY-ing exterior lights. You make a call to Lance’s Power Washing and the professional team does all the work.
“We were one of the first power washing companies in the area to add holiday light installation to our services,” says Lance Gavrilovic, who notes this is the fourth season they will be in home transformation mode.
The process is simple. You call Lance and send him a photo of your home. He sends you a catalog with selection options and photos of past jobs they’ve created. After you make your selections, he sends you back a rendering of where they recommend placing lights. Once you approve, he sends you a quote and sets a date for installation.
“Homeowners like that they actually own the lights,” says Lance. “The first year they pay for lights and installation, then in subsequent years they just pay for installation. For added convenience, we will store them. Included in the pricing is we come out to fix them if something happens and take them down after the holidays. We work with commercial-grade, bright LED lights that are custom cut for your home.”
People can remotely change the colors and select animated scenes, such as Santa on a Snowmobile or Child Doing a Snow Angel.
“We decorate businesses, such as Michael Angelo’s Winery, as well as homes,” he says. “Though we can customize practically any design a homeowner desires, over the years our most common request is for classy warm white to draw attention to a home’s unique architectural features, peaks and gutter lines.”
Since his company is still power washing homes in October and early November, many customers take this chance to also have their homes cleaned before the lights go up.
