With the whimsical tagline, “We take the shock out of your electrical service,” you’d expect the owners and staff at Streb Electric to be down-to-earth and personable, which they are. In fact, when you call the office, the cheery staff answers by saying, “How can we make you smile today?”

Bill says he started his career in data processing, but the more he helped his father out on jobs, the more he wanted to join the company. Bill’s son, Ryan, spent
several years as an EOD Specialist in the Army and spent a year in Afghanistan, but also eventually decided to join the company.
“Just like my father did, my son and I get a lot of satisfaction from seeing the smiles on customers’ faces after each job,” says Bill.
It turns out word about their work has gotten around. Bill is adding shifts and trucks, and expanding into Cleveland’s west side neighborhoods this month.

With the demand for swimming pools and hot tubs at an all-time high, he reports they are also doing a lot of special wiring for those.
