No matter where you are in life, it’s never to late to reclaim your health with help from MaxStrength Fitness

Wracked with daily back pain caused by bulging disks, fibromyalgia and a leukemia diagnosis, when 50-something Tammy D. read a Mimi Magazine story about MaxStrength Fitness in 2018, she thought it might be a good fit for her.
The science- and research-based protocol is a proven system of two, 20-minute workouts each week with computerized equipment designed to max out your muscles and boost your fitness level.
“Frankly, when I met with the owner, Jeff Tomaszewski, for the first time, I was scared to death,” she says. “I had thrown my back out several times and even endured six months of traction. I was in constant pain, exhausted all of the time, feeling anxiety, and even though I knew I needed to get stronger, I was afraid of doing anything that would make things worse. I was in a dark place. But Jeff reassured me that a trainer would be next to me every step of the way, and that the equipment was ideal for me.”
In addition to weekly workouts, she has added walking and yoga to her routine. And after sitting down with Jeff to go over her diet, has begun intermittent fasting and dropped eight pounds.
“During the pandemic, I had to switch to virtual training, and the staff was amazing about that, planning customized workouts for me and sessions where we could do them together for accountability and motivation,” she says.
Fast Forward to Today
Tammy says she is now pain-free, has loads of energy, and has toned and strengthened her whole body. In fact, she says she’s showing off her biceps to “anyone who will look.”
“The best part is that my confidence and general happiness has increased to unforeseen levels,” she adds. “I’m back to gardening and doing things I haven’t been able to do for a long time. My outlook is hopeful again. Even though I’m dealing with chronic illnesses, I have really never felt better and owe a lot of that to Jeff and the wonderful, knowledgeable trainers at MaxStrength.”
It’s Never too Late to Get Started
Tammy’s success is in keeping with what a lot of the clients at MaxStrength go through.
“Throughout the past pandemic year, the clients who have stayed with us and boosted their immune systems have weathered the storm better than most,” says Jeff. “Whatever your age or condition, we can help you take control of your future, and become a fitter, happier, healthier person. It’s never too late to get started.”
