Buyers (or buyers’ agents) submit offers online or during open houses at a kiosk. The proprietary Exactly software alerts the homeowner and their agent immediately, day or night, and the homeowner will know their net return from the offer right away.

Once a buyer, or their agent, submits an offer (either via kiosk or online), the computer program generates an offer summary sheet in 30 seconds detailing everything from the commission paid to Exactly and any applicable buyer’s agent commission, to home warranty costs and title insurance fees. The homeowner will receive the offer immediately, any time day or night, no matter where they are or what their agent is doing.
