The newly renovated 18th green at Bunker Hill Golf Course may have given golfers a 2022 summer to remember. But don’t put your clubs away.

As the Northeast Ohio golf season gives way to gusty winds and snowflakes, Chad Gibson, general manager, invites you to take your game to other famous finishing holes around the world.

Like Pebble Beach’s daunting 543-yard, dogleg-left par 5 18th hole. Or maybe the final challenge at historic “Carnasty,” in Carnoustie Golf Links in Scotland, which may test your patience with its deep bunkers, stone walls and a river in front of the 18th green.

Chad isn’t offering to fly you to those acclaimed venues. But you can experience the world’s finest courses from the comfort of Bunker Hill’s indoor golf simulators, he promises.

“Our advanced full-swing simulators with dual tracking and ion 2 camera technology offer 99 championship courses to choose from, plus a driving range, short game practice and more than 30 game options to enjoy,” Chad says.

From Tuesday, November 1, to Friday, March 31, the simulators will be available Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., Saturday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. for $36 per hour—or $18 per half hour for people who just want to practice on the range.

“It typically takes four golfers four hours to play 18 holes, so you can enjoy playing some of the best courses in the world for $36 per person,” Chad says. For an even better value, Eagle memberships offer unlimited simulator time, including league play but not outing play for $1,400—or only $800 if you’re lucky enough to score one of the 20 purchases through Mimi Deals.

“These memberships sell out every year,” Chad cautions.

A fun feature of the simulators is Showdown Golf—featuring a variety of games that challenge you to hit into targets, hit the ball retriever guy on the driving range or break windows out of city buildings.

At your next event, guests will love the fun options, simulated golf, Jenga, cornhole, and more.

The simulators also will be open for mens, womens, mixed, couples, seniors, juniors, individual play and scramble play leagues hosted either by Bunker Hill or the Greg Jones Golf Academy.

“We are proud to partner with the Greg Jones Golf Academy—the area’s best—for lessons,” Chad reveals.

He adds that the Sims Room is a sensational venue for birthdays, retirement parties and diaper parties for dads-to-be. For bigger parties, like weddings and rehearsal dinners, Chad suggests the Bunker Hill Event Center.

“We host Christmas parties for family brunch or business employee appreciation events for up to 100 guests, with the option to expand into the Sims Room for many more activities and fun,” he invites. “We have showers with the availability for everybody to have meals together in the event center, then the guys can go up to the Simulator Room for some golf, football or cornhole.”

Fundraisers have long been Chad’s passion, and an ample variety of options is available at Bunker Hill, he promises.

“What an awesome way to raise funds in the winter, playing Pebble Beach while helping charities and good causes in our local community,” he says.

Fundraisers might include a three-person scramble for 36 golfers, with room for additional dinner-only guests. To make it as simple as a 2-inch putt for organizers, fundraisers include a custom website for online registration and a Facebook event page to promote the event.

“We take care of catering, signs, accounting, logistics and we write you the giant check at the end,” Chad assures.
