The snow may be blanketing your yard right now, but if you are contemplating selling your home this year, now really is the best time to get things rolling to sell for top dollar.

“Traditionally, spring is the best time to list your house,” says Aaron Peterson, founder of SOGO Homes. “This year the spring selling season should be even better since interest rates are projected to start decreasing, which will lead to a huge influx of people looking to buy a home.”

It is still a market dictated by supply and demand, and, according to Aaron, the demand is high, and the inventory is low, which bodes well for homeowners as they are garnering top dollar when they sell.
