Take the steps to get your insurance in order

It’s easy to forget about our need for health, dental and vision insurance until something forces us to think about it, like an annual check-up, an ache or pain, or even an injury or surgery. Now is a perfect time to take a minute to consider how we’re covered.
We all know there are no guarantees in life, but during our prime working years we tend to get so caught up in breadwinning that thoughts about what would happen if we couldn’t put bread on the table go away.
What would happen if you weren’t around to support your family, or if your spouse wasn’t there to contribute? What would you do if your health changed and you could no longer work? These are tough questions to think about, yet the reality is that challenging and even tragic life events can and do happen.
Our income is the resource that enables us to live our life. How long would you be able to make it financially and what would you do if you couldn’t work any longer?
