David Brown Construction Company’s new showroom, Projects by DBC, makes it easy for customers to see themselves in remodeled kitchens, baths, and any other room they’re ready and resolved to refresh in 2023.

The 40-year veteran home remodeler recently opened a 1,600-square-foot showroom inside Pine Ridge Plaza to give customers a sense of practical possibilities within arm’s reach.

“Our people have done the work in every square inch of this showroom,” says David Brown, the company’s founder. “There are no premanufactured displays that just get screwed into the wall. There’s a connection between the displayed products and the company that installed and crafted them.”

Anyone embarking on an interior design journey can drop in anytime, Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday, by appointment only, and find inspiration everywhere they look.

The design team, the sales team, the estimators, the project coordinator, and the field personnel will be there every step of the way, from the first stirrings of imagination to the final touches of a fully realized project.

The recently opened a 1,600-square-foot showroom, David Brown Construction’s Projects by DBC, gives customers a sense of practical possibilities within arm’s reach. It’s located inside the Pine Ridge Plaza.

David Brown Construction designed Projects by DBC to open the door to a collaborative creative process after an initial consultation at the showroom or site visit to the customer’s home.

“Cabinets, countertops, flooring, tile, and moldings are all on display in the showroom, and our field personnel install everything the customer sees,” David says. “We feel this ties the projects displayed to our customers’ projects, thus the name, Projects by DBC.”

The showroom brings it all home for customers who can immerse themselves in an interior design experience and get a firsthand feel for the company’s work.

While David Brown Construction offers a full scope of general contracting services, the company’s work for many shines in the area it’s best known for—residential interior remodels, and kitchens and baths.

“At our Projects by DBC showroom, our kitchen and bath design professional can design anything from a basic, budget-conscious economical kitchen or bathroom remodel to an over-the-top dream kitchen or bathroom,” David says.

For whatever projects customers have on their minds, the stated goal for David Brown Construction is emphatically the same.

“We go after the wow factor,” David says. “From ‘Wow, I didn’t know my small kitchen could be so beautiful!’ to ‘Wow, this is the kitchen I always dreamed of!’”

The showroom allows customers to get a handle on what’s right for them without compromising quality.

The freshly opened David Brown Construction Company’s Projects by DBC opens the door to a world of creative renovation possibilities.

The company only carries all-wood cabinetry. Every piece on display includes under-mount drawer glides, dovetail joints, and soft-close features. Customers can choose from two long-established stock cabinet makers, JSI and CNC, and the complete range of fully customizable cabinets from Riceland, locally made in Wooster, Ohio.

Between cabinets and countertops, there are more options to choose from than ever before.

“We display quartz, granite, and Cambria countertops,” David says. “We can also fabricate laminate and Corian. We can do countless colors, any edge profile, waterfalls, under-mount sinks, and full-height backsplashes. We can do pretty much anything a customer can imagine.”

David Brown Construction’s glass fabricator can also do almost any design and shape, extending a personal touch to mirrors and shower doors.

“Bathrooms don’t need to be boring,” David says. “We can bring to life any bathroom through creative design and expert workmanship, and our people can do some awesome things from design to finished product.”

At Projects by DBC, customers can browse a spectrum of tiles in sundry shades and shapes and a wealth of flooring under their feet.

“Our showroom floor is divided into sections of ceramic, LVP, and engineered hardwood, so the customer can see the large variety of colors and walk on and get a feel for the different flooring types,” David says.

In addition to its durability, LVP, which stands for luxury vinyl plank, is waterproof, making it as much of a natural fit in kitchens and baths as in living rooms and bedrooms.

David Brown Construction strives to bring a craftsman’s touch to every room in the house.

“We feel our carpenters and other tradespeople are among the best in the Cleveland area,” David says. “They make us proud every day.”
