The recipe for success
By Kyle Hotz, ACE Owner, Founder; Higher Heights Fitness
Our training team has one goal: to help our clients reach their peak potential.
At the end of the day, we don’t feel successful unless they are.
We want to be a one-stop shop for everything health and wellness. Over the past few years, we’ve added physical therapy and introduced a nutrition program. Now we’re kicking off a meal service.
The easier the habit, the more likely you are to cultivate it. We’re making eating healthy a no-brainer by partnering with the Cleveland-based service UnRefined. They do all the work, sourcing good-for-you, non-GMO ingredients and creating delicious dishes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and dessert. All you have to do is pop the home-cooked meals in the microwave. There’s a fridge in our reception area. Whether you are a client or not, we invite you to preorder the food by Wednesday for the following week pick-up. It’s that easy.
Lots of people are already UnRefined fans. If you go through us, there’s no shipping or tipping. The cost per meal ranges from $7.99 to $17.99.
My personal favorites are the Blackened Cajun Salmon and the Lemon Poppyseed Pancakes.
In addition to the meal offering, this month we are also introducing yoga classes. These small group sessions focus on the flexibility and functional side of yoga, geared to maximize mobility.
