This year, give them something unforgettable with the gift of Disney
By Jackie Klemenc, Disney Specialty Travel Agent
In the wake of the pandemic, people are valuing experiences over material goods. That’s made an impact on the gifts we’re giving. Meaning is, well, more meaningful than ever.
This year, several of my clients are opting to give their kids a 2024 trip to Disney instead of toys or clothes. Take it from someone who’s been to the Magic Kingdom many times, these memories are made to last forever and bring families closer together.
There are lots of festive ways to package the trip under the tree. You can buy a giant Mickey Mouse stuffed animal and have him wearing the Magic Bands for the trip. Or buy luggage and put a Disney sticker on it. I’ve also seen people make up matching shirts with the Disney logo and family name on them to wear on the trip.
For those taking an ever-popular Disney cruise, they could buy a toy ship.
Since the parks offer something for everyone, Disney World makes the ideal destination for family reunions, with each generation finding things to enjoy.
Looking ahead to 2024, there are many promotions going on, including vacation packages to celebrate Disney’s 100th anniversary. In summer 2024, Disney is opening its own private island destination called Lighthouse Point in the Bahamas. The architecture of its unique, pastel, curvilinear buildings is meant to resemble seashells along the shore, and guests will enjoy all the color, energy and amenities of Bahamian life.
If you don’t have the money to cover your trip right now, no problem. We can work it out in easy monthly payments. My travel services are complimentary.
Even though the more time I have to plan, the better your experience, I’m still booking last-minute trips for this Christmas. Give me a call and we can get the ball rolling on the trip of a lifetime.
