She reports that Cuyahoga County currently leads the pack with luxury sales.
“Over the past 30 days, Cuyahoga County had 11 homes sell that were priced over $800,000, there were three in Geauga County and two in Lake County,” she says.

“We are currently marketing a penthouse residence in the Pinnacle Building on Lakeside Avenue for $2.4 million that offers exquisite panoramic views of the downtown skyline,” says Denise. “From the nightlife to air shows, and all the Browns, Indians and Cavs games, everything is steps away. Many of our buyers are actually investing in these properties as second homes. The opportunities are growing.”
