Over the past year, Christy Morek’s Choice Group Keller Williams team has doubled in size twice, expanded its coverage area, and racked up a staggering number of home sales. All indicators are currently pointing to full steam ahead in 2021.

“The pandemic has not slowed our growth,” says Christy, who has called North Ridgeville home for more than 20 years and spent the last 16 of those in real estate. “In fact, the market is so hot right now, we are selling homes without people being in them physically. The other agents and I have become experts at doing virtual tours. We’ve also adapted our in-person tours to meet every precaution against Covid.”

“If you want to know what your home is worth, don’t go on Zillow,” says Christy. “Their valuation of homes is significantly lower than what you can actually get, sometimes as much as $20,000-$50,000 lower. The home values are crazy.”

“With our fantastic schools and close proximity to the major highways, North Ridgeville is such a desirable market,” she says. “As of today, there are only 41 active houses for sale here, and many of those are new construction that won’t be ready for six months. We have plenty of pre-approved buyers for these homes. Bottom line, there’s no time like now to put your home on the market.”

When Christy was coming up with potential names for her real estate group within Keller Williams, “Choice” stood out as a perfect fit.

Alyssa Kingzett - With two years in the business, Alyssa joined Choice Group earlier this year. She specializes in the Medina area. “I recognized the talent and experience in this group and was instantly motivated by the other members,” she says.

Michael Mooneyham - A veteran with 17 years under his belt, Mike came to the group six months ago. The North Olmsted resident says his areas of expertise include first-time buyers, hard-to-sell properties, and negotiating. “The way Christy and the team put clients first really resonated with me,” he says.
