When it comes to luxurious carpet, Karastan has also earned a reputation in design innovation. Top-selling lines include Kashmere, a super soft nylon blend; Wool, a sustainable choice made from 100% New Zealand wool; and SmartStrand, which is crafted from renewable plant-based ingredients.

A Return to Hardwood
“There is a growing segment of homeowners who will only settle for hardwood flooring,” says Brian. “I researched the industry and found Wickham Hardwood Flooring, an award-winning Canadian company that offers five species of wood in 60 colors of both solid and engineered hardwood. Both quality and speedy turnaround time have exceeded our expectations. The jobs we’ve done so far have been gorgeous.”
Another new line Floorz is introducing is Canopy by International Flooring Company. Brian travels the country attending flooring shows. When he saw Canopy, he knew he wanted to be the first and only to bring it to Northeast Ohio.
