Because the discount applies to all of the company’s power washing services, you can rotate your service each year. “You may not want to power wash your siding every year,” Ken explains. “So one year you sign up for siding, the next year your driveway, and other concrete services, and the third year your roof—or whatever service you want whenever you want it. And you always earn your 20% discount.”
This discount is a real discount. Unlike less reputable companies, Pristine doesn’t jack up the price in order to discount it. “We’ve always offered a flat-rate, up-front quote based on the square footage of the job,” Ken says. “Once we have that quote calculated, then we apply your 20% discount.
