With thousands of cabinet options offered at wholesale prices, an affordable remodel is just a Choice Cabinet showroom visit away

Since 2006, the family-owned Choice Cabinet in Warrensville Heights has made a name for itself by offering an inviting selection of top-quality cabinetry and countertops at wholesale prices.
“Cabinetry and countertops are products best experienced with an in-person shopping experience,” says Jessica Ricard, who is the showroom supervisor and daughter of founder Tony Laurinaitis. “Our spacious showrooms display life-size vignettes, so customers can come in, take their time and kick the tires so to speak, exploring all the trending options with our staff designers.”
Unlike most cabinet stores, Choice Cabinet is actually the manufacturer, with its well-stocked warehouse just down the road in Bedford.
“Not only does that mean the best price since we cut out the middleman, but it also ensures quality control and shorter lead times for delivery,” she says.
Currently, she says, you can get cabinets delivered in two to three weeks, compared to others who often wait eight to 12 weeks.
“Although we do not do the installation ourselves, we can recommend a group of trusted installers we’ve gotten to know over the years,” she says.
The gorgeous showroom features a dozen vignettes, showcasing kitchens, hutches, bars, and bathroom vanities.
With Choice Cabinet cabinetry, there are many options and door styles to choose within the company’s Essentials line and the higher-end line called Select. Their products are backed by a warranty which isn’t common in the industry.
“You won’t find any particle board or pressed wood with our cabinets,” says Jessica. “They are all solid wood.”
Designers Claudine DiSanto and Karie Hajek provide complimentary design services.
“We love it when people bring in wish list pictures,” says Jessica. “After we get rough measurements of the space, we create a computerized rendering that will illustrate how the new room will look.”
She says they do lots of cabinetry work outside the kitchen and bathroom, too.
“Homeowners are having us do their home offices, laundry rooms, mudrooms and family rooms with cabinets,” she says.
What’s Trending?
“We are seeing many requests for hutches to complement their kitchen space,” says Jessica. “They allow for additional, functional storage, and also give homeowners some decorative display space. We can configure any hutch to meet the client’s needs. Some people want to create a wine bar or gourmet coffee station. They often become the focal point of the room.”
In addition to hutches, she said more and more families are looking for lockers for their mudrooms.
“This year it seems like people want to reorganize and declutter their lives and want a neat and tidy mudroom—which is usually the first room you see when you enter your home,” she says. “Lockers and storage make for a great first impression.”
To complement the cabinets, the showroom also offers a variety of countertop options. Jessica mentioned that people are really interested in the veining countertops – with white being the most popular.
Why not dream a little dream of a newly renovated home to welcome family and friends for summertime gatherings? With wholesale pricing on beautiful cabinets and countertops, there’s no excuse not to.
