“Our home looks like new!”

Ken Wilson and Anthony Alberino, owners of Pristine Clean, report this is one of the most common comments they receive from clients after one of their services, whether it’s roof washing, house washing, deck washing or concrete washing and sealing.

And as the guys celebrate their biggest year ever—with thousands of clients spreading the word about how much they love their Pristine Clean—one word comes to mind: thankful.

“We feel blessed,” says Ken. “It’s been a whirlwind keeping pace with the explosive growth. We are continuously adding trucks, equipment and jobs.”

And to Ken and Anthony, these jobs are viable careers for people who want to thrive in the community and raise their families. They offer retirement benefits and insurance. Maintaining the highest level of professionalism has always been the goal.

“Training is a large component of our professionalism,” says Anthony. “Everyone on our production team goes through rigorous ongoing training to operate at the top of their game with each job. And we train them in customer service, as well as all of the technical aspects of power washing.”

Taking the Pressure Off
In addition to boosting equipment, people and training, the gentlemen are always looking to implement advancements in technology to do any job more effectively.

“Our goal has always been to be on the cutting edge of the industry. While most companies are using the outdated and dangerous high-pressure washing approach that can damage siding and strip it of its protective UV coating, we offer a far better solution known as ‘soft washing,’ which is a gentler, and, in the end, more effective process. The pressure we use is about as strong as the average garden hose.”

Visibly Brighter
By far their most popular service is the Pristine Total Clean, which revitalizes the home from roof to foundation.

The unique three-step process includes:

  1. A gutter wash with an aluminum brightener to help remove or fade gutter staining.
  2. A gentle pressure wash of the home with a biodegradable cleanser and a mildewcide that eliminates organic growth.
  3. A finish coating of gloss-enhanced surface protectant. “Taking the time to perform Step 3 is what makes us stand apart from the rest,” says Ken. “Not only does it make a home look cleaner, but it helps it stay cleaner longer.”
  4. The roof is gently washed with a custom-blended shingle cleanser that totally eliminates unsightly black streaks from your roof.

The Eye in the Sky
“Being able to pinpoint the most accurate instant quote over the phone makes the estimating process so much quicker and easier for our clients,” says Ken. “So we utilize professional satellite estimating tools, which are capable of measuring the size and scope of any home job.”

This summer, with outdoor affairs from grad parties to dad parties and everyday neighborhood cookouts, why not put your home’s exterior in its very best light?
