Submit an Event

Submitter Information: This will not appear online or in print.

Date: Select the date(s) on which your event will actually occur. Events remain on our website calendar and will be considered for all print calendars through the date of the event. NO NEED TO RESUBMIT EACH MONTH.

Repeat: If you're not sure which repeat to use, just include all of the dates in the Event Summary and Mimi's editors will set the repeat up for you.

Event Summary: The should be a short paragraph (75 to 100 words, as seen in the Mimi print calendars) that includes: a description of the event, the location, date(s), time, and contact information (phone or email). If registration or reservations are required, please indicate that as well.

Non-profit charitable organization: Events that benefit a non-profit will be considered for our print calendars. Since Mimi's calendar is a free service, we cannot guarantee that any specific event will be included in print. To ensure inclusion, you may purchase an ad by calling Mimi's office at 1-800-866-0107.

Mimi Print Regions: Please do not post events multiple times to be in more than one print region; duplicate postings will just be deleted. If an event will truly draw a crowd from another region, we will do our best to include it there as well. (Priority is given to events that take place in each print region.)
