There’s a good chance you’re going to need some kind of power washing service every year. Sometimes the siding, sometimes the concrete, and in some years—the roof.

How Membership Works

Depending on where you live and the amount of tree coverage on your property, you probably don’t need your home power-washed every year (more shade equals more grime, mold, algae and mildew). That’s why Pristine encourages members to rotate its three basic services: clean your house one year, your driveway the next, then your roof the next. In year four, start the process over again. 

“Members love the program because it’s easy and flexible,” Ken adds. “When you sign up to have any one of our services performed every year, you earn a 20% discount. And each year, we contact you to schedule a convenient time for that service. You don’t even have to think about it. We contact you.”

This is a real discount. Unlike less reputable companies, Pristine doesn’t jack up the price just to discount it. “We’ve always offered a flat-rate, up-front quote based on the square footage of the job, so you pay what your neighbors pay,” Ken assures. “Once we have that quote calculated, only then do we apply your 20% discount.”

High Pressure vs. Soft Wash

Pristine Clean safely and effectively cleans your home because it uses a special soft wash system. “They call it ‘power washing’ or ‘pressure washing’ because of the pressure of the water coming out of the machine’s nozzle,” explains Ken. “Inexperienced operators or antiquated equipment rely on really high pressure, but you shouldn’t just blast it away like that. That’s how damage occurs.”



Instead, Pristine’s 30 trucks feature modern soft-wash equipment that relies on greater water volume rather than high pressure to get the job done. “We also treat your home with a safe and effective mildewcide that softens the mold, mildew and grime before we even turn on the machines,” Ken adds.

As with any powerful equipment, it’s important to know how to use it. “Our technicians undergo both classroom and in-the-field training, including a comprehensive apprenticeship program,” Ken says. Pristine is also fully insured and holds multiple certifications in pressure washing from the PWNA (Power Washers of North America).
