I started Sirocco because I was passionate about helping others go from struggling to thriving, and finding purpose and direction in life and work. As a board-certified Leadership and Engagement Coach and Talent Optimization Consultant, I inspire people to take charge of their lives, maximize their strengths and talents and be their authentic selves. I care about my clients’ success and use whatever resources I can—including my extensive business, leadership and coaching experience—to cultivate their growth, expansion and engagement.

Sirocco Managing Consultant Mary Ellen Garofalo shares my passion. She is a compassionate, versatile leader in health care and human resources. With an M.S. in nursing leadership and certifications in rehabilitation nursing, human resources and talent optimization, she integrates her clinical expertise with innovative HR practices to help clients and organizations overcome obstacles. Mary Ellen’s positive spirit and strong respect for others empower clients with life-changing circumstances, to break limiting beliefs, refocus, harness their strengths and build resilience. She enriches her impact through educating, speaking and designing programs.
