A Blue Carpet Affair: Footprints Center fo Autism

By Kelli Comer

Fashion and fundraising will stylishly collide at Footprints Center for Autism’s (FCA) fifth annual A Blue Carpet Affair, on Saturday, April 29, at Pine Ridge Country Club in Wickliffe. This highly anticipated fundraising event will include an elegant dinner, music and dancing, a large basket raffle, and an inclusive fashion show that will feature children of all abilities from the community.

All proceeds from A Blue Carpet Affair will go toward supporting Footprints Center for Autism’s mission to provide comprehensive, collaborative, and child-centered programming for individuals with autism, in a positive and non-restrictive learning environment, so that each child can reach their highest potential and achieve excellence in all aspects of life. At the last in-person event, over 250 guests were in attendance. This year, tickets are selling just as quickly. Capacity is limited to 220 guests in 2023, so be sure to snag your tickets soon to this sure-to-be-sold-out event.

Footprints Center for Autism is an Ohio-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides special education services, speech therapy services, and occupational therapy services to children with autism and other disabilities in Northeast Ohio. FCA opened its doors in September 2018 in Perry, Ohio, and currently provides services to 30 students in both day treatment and outpatient formats.
