Reflecting back on your favorite parties, the food may have been the thing that made them most memorable. That’s one reason why Trivs Restaurant and Lounge, in Strongsville, is a no-brainer for private events and business meetings.

But it isn’t the only reason, assures General Manager Stephanie Anaya.

Others include Trivs classy but casual atmosphere and its versatile array of party options, Stephanie says.

“We provide a completely personalized event in an exceptional venue without a lot of hassle,” she says.

“My goal is for the person who is hosting the party to have to do the least amount of work possible. That’s why we push all of the work onto ourselves. You tell me what you want, and consider it done. All you need to do is enjoy the company of your guests.”

“We’ve even had actual weddings here,” Stephanie offers. “We can do luncheons and dinner events, or appetizer stations.”

Trivs private dining room will hold up to 50 guests for a sit-down dinner, and a lot more for a stand-up hors d’oeuvres event. The restaurant’s heated outdoor patio can be booked year round.

“Outdoor private events on summer evenings are very special,” Stephanie says.

She says Trivs personal touches make all of its events special.

“We work with people for a perfect personalized menu, and some people like to do a personalized favorite drink that we can name after the guest of honor,” Stephanie says.

“We can have candlelight dinners, or accent the room with fresh flowers or balloons. We have a lot of fun ideas that will impress your guests, and if you have some ideas of your own, we’ll do our best to pull off your request.”

Meal planning is simple at Trivs, Stephanie insists.

“The menu is usually the first thing people want to focus on,” she says. “Our reputation for fabulous food prepared by our longtime head chef, Matt Gillombardo, is well known. All of our ingredients come in daily and are never frozen, and everything is made from scratch.”

For private events, you can choose anything from the menu, or ask about a favorite meal that isn’t on the menu.

“If we have the ingredients, we’re happy to prepare custom meals,” Stephanie says. “And special diets are no problem at all. We can accommodate gluten free, dairy-free or any request.

Stephanie suggests offering your guests a variety of meal options.

“Our menu features a wide selection of fresh seafood, steaks and vegetarian options,” she says.

“Our filet is a very popular selection and our seafood risotto is just wonderful. People usually include a chicken dish, like our Tuscan grilled chicken carbonara. A lot of people who book us for private events are frequent dining customers, so they are very familiar with our sensational menu. Anybody can check out our full menu, including our extensive wine, beer and cocktail lists, online.”

In order to secure your reservation, it’s never too early to book your private event at Trivs, Stephanie says. And, she emphasizes, Trivs doesn’t charge a deposit.

“We do business the old fashioned way,” she says.
